- Both audio and video messages are delivered by email on the scheduled date. The recipient receives a beautifully designed email with a secure, private link to listen to or watch your recording.
- Can I re-record my message after saving it?
- Yes — you can re-record any message that hasn’t been delivered yet. We’ll send you a reminder before each message is finalized so you have a chance to update it.
- How long can my recording be?
- Both audio and video messages can be up to 5 minutes long — recorded in full HD (1080p). We find that the most meaningful messages are often just 1–2 minutes of heartfelt words.
- What’s the difference between audio and video?
- Audio messages ($2 per message) capture your voice. Video messages ($3 per message) capture both your face and your voice — the most personal option. Both are delivered the same way by email.
